  Cumin, or jeera, is a millennium-old spice that leaves an unmistakable, unique taste in your mouth. A sprinkle or two adds a flavor worthy of a kick and a punch into any dish, leaving its unique combination of aromatic tang and punchy heat inside. But did you know that drinking  cumin water could benefit your health

Now it is time that we have to select our food from farms and search for organic foods. The preserved foods contain so much of toxins that on the run will create unknown sicknesses.
In order to live a happy life and healthy life, our whole attention must be on selecting a vital food.  

One of the daily food which subsides our humor is Cumin seeds. . Though in Asian countries it is used as a major curry-making ingredient other people are unaware of the benefits.
 Making use of this seed in our daily life and in our eatables reduces hypertension.

 Cumin helps control stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea, nausea, and morning sickness.

Using the seeds as a soup mixture it gives a flavor and also it aggravates digestion. Now we will see how to add it to our diet. 

MENU 1
Take a handful of clean cumin seed put it inside a pot of boiling water  and set it aside to cool. Then drink it whenever you feel thirsty. This subsides your thirst as well as pitta.
 You can just boil the seeds add some coriander and drink it without putting any salt to reduce your hypertension. This really helps to reduce your hypertension naturally.

  So, make it a point to add a dash of jeera powder to your diet.

 Make a Jeeraga thuvaiyal 

Ingredients


1 Tablespoonful of cumin seed 1 handful of curry leaves4 cloves of garlic4 small onions2-4red chilies or green chilies bit of salt to taste and a bit of tamarind fruit Grind all together with a bit of water to make it a paste. Delicious to eat with rice. Try it out, please!

his is a tasty green consumed extensively in  Malaysia, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. Recipes made of this green are very tasty as well as healthy. It cools and energizes the body. The more mature greens of this family is the ‘thandu keerai’, Mulai Keerai ,Sivappu Thandu Keerai and Kuppai Keerai.


 A very good blood cleanser, this green is! It also strengthens the heart. It loosens stools and helps treat painful and difficult urination due to an increase in body ‘heat’.

After cleaning thoroughly including the roots (if the shoots are young you may add the roots also) pound 3 or 4 cloves of garlic and 4 to 5 small onions and 2 green chilies and a bit of salt and leave it to 
cook for a while. 

The beauty part is here. (You must take 1/2 glass of coconut fresh milk with only 1/2 glass for 1/2 coconut.)

and pour on the cooked dish just before you close the oven. The coconut smell must be there. This will be delicious to eat with rice or spread on bread.  You can add dhall also.
