Hello Friends! We might be using celery in our dishes without knowing its full effects of it. So now please make it an appointment to use it weekly once at least as a fresh vegetable and a fresh drink.

Celery is packed with fiber and also offers folic acid, calcium, potassium, and vitamin B and C. Celery is a favorite of many dieters because it contains so few calories and provides a number of health benefits.


 Keep in mind raw celery, which includes juiced celery is the healthiest way to consume as  vegetable. What makes celery juice such a great addition to your diet? How to incorporate other healthy vegetables into the juice to make it more delicious?


Ingredients

   4 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
   2-3 stalks celery, leaves and ends removed, finely chopped
   1 Tbsp finely chopped  onion
   1-2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
   2 Tbsp mayonnaise
   1 tsp green chillies chopped
   1 teaspoon of virgin oil (any oil like coconut,or olive or gingily) 
    And a pinch of  Sea salt
   Freshly ground black pepper
Cut the eggs in half length-wise. Scoop the yolks out into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the mayo,chilly,dill, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
2. Chop the egg whites into cubes/squares and place them in a bowl along with the celery and onions. Add the yolk-mayo-etc., mixture and mix well.
3. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, etc., to taste. Serve on bread, crackers or a bed of lettuce.
