Papaya salad
Hello Guys! It is interesting to share with you my recipes. 0going to tell you another one.
Our house Men are good eaters if we women were to cook spending special care and time.
Well! When a lot of oily food has been taken you must think of reducing that also. For that purpose unripe papaya is recommended.
Papaya enzyme is a potent mix of proteolytic enzymes derived from the
papaya fruit and offers several health and digestive benefits. The
enzyme can speed up certain chemical reactions within the cells, and
also breaks down certain types of protein. Papaya enzyme, also known as
papain, has practical and medicinal uses. People can enjoy its benefits
by eating raw papaya fruit or taking a plain dietary supplement.
RECIPE No.1
1. With the use of cutters slice the unripe papaya. (Take Off The Skin First)
2. Slice onions and chilies.
3. Slice carrots for colors and sweet taste.
4. You may sprinkle with groundnut powder for taste! not much!
5. You may put 1 or 2 almonds or cashew nuts to make it a rich look! That's all.
6. You can add sliced tomatoes or small tomatoes as a whole.
7. Sprinkle with pudina keerai or parsley leaves or coriander leaves.
8. Of course do not forget to add a bit of salt and taste it before you serve.

Recipe No.2
Take 3/4 unripped papaya; so that the taste will be good. Cut into cubical shapes. As usual with a bit of oil in the Kuali and with some sliced onions and chilies, and of course, salt to taste. Cook it -for not more than 5 minutes. Stir it and close it to cook a bit. Remember do not over cook it!
SET ASIDE TO COOL
Then mix it with yogurt .No body can find out what it is! You can be proud of yourself for maintaining your husband's cholesterol too!
