BEET ROOT- Beta vulgaris
Most of our Indian friends don't fancy beetroot. But to improve blood, you must include this reddish vegetable in your food.
Menu no.1
As a fruit juice to drink, add one green apple and some slices of beetroot. If you try to drink beetroot juice alone, you cannot; because it has a sort of smell to vomit. So be careful to add any other fruit juices along with beetroot juice.
Menu no.2
Cut the beetroot into beautiful slices and cook it adding onions and chilies and masalas of course add some salt as per taste.
Menu no.3
You may cut it into very tiny slices and add some cucumber and pineapple, sprinkling with salt, pepper, green chilly, and big onion. Oh! when you are eating raw, the taste will be fantastic and the benefit will be superb.
