CORIANDER LEAF
Now it is time that we have to select our food from farms and search for organic foods. The preserved foods contain so much of toxins which on the run will create unknown sicknesses.
In order to live a happy life and healthy life, our whole attention must be on selecting vital food. One of the vegetables which subside our humour is coriander. Though in Asian countries it is used as a major curry-making ingredient other people are unaware of the benefits. Eating this leaf as a salad reduces hypertension.
Using the seeds as a sup mixture gives a flavour and also aggravates digestion. Now we will see how to add the leaf to our diet.
Take fresh leaves to wash them and dry them as long as it doesn't have water. Then cut them into tiny pieces and set them aside. Cut small onions into small pieces as much as the leaves. Then sprinkle a bit of tiny table salt. Before that, you must have prepared yoghurt the day before. If you can buy a bit it's o.k. Now you must mix it all together. If you feel like you want some hotness, then chilly is preferable. Do not use pepper, for the taste will be different. Green chilly sliced in tiny pieces is good looking as well as tastes good too.
A Remedy For A Drunked Man
If somebody is drunk and his head is swirling, then grind some coriander seeds and small onion and make them as a paste and apply on his head for 1/2 an hour: as a miracle, he will come to control.
