To Keep The Equilibrium Of Our Body

Arokyamenu

 SOLANUM TRIBULATUM

When the normal equilibrium of the three senses of humor — Vaadham, Pittham, and Kapam — is disturbed, the disease is caused. The factors assumed to affect this equilibrium are environment, climatic conditions, diet, physical activities, and stress.
According to the Siddha medicine system, diet and lifestyle play a major role in health and in curing diseases.

SOLANUM TRIBULATUM

Not most people seem to know this herb named "Thuthuvelai" But since I have given its English name it is easier for our Malaysians to find, and plant it  and grow near your fences. The benefits are many. You may see and feel your self after consuming it. The leaves are effective in neutralizing the excess heat and gas in the womb and it helps men in vitality.

Thuthuvalai leaves were well known among the Indians long ago. Nowadays this herb has lost its identity.  But in the urban areas still, now it is  cultivated

This is a creeper and is commonly grown in homes and the leaves and stem have small prickles.
This is a tasty dish.
