MANGO PATCH DI

Hello Guys You know about mango as a fruit. But what about unripe mangoes? It is also one of the dishes to be included in our food recipes as for sour taste.

Mangoes are widely used in cuisine. Sour, and unripe mangoes are used in chutneys. We can prepare a fresh dish just the moment we want to eat it. Here is the recipe.

Cut the mango unripened into very small pieces. Only this will take your precious time off. You can peel off the skin or you can leave it as it is; because when you are cutting it into small pieces the skin will not be a big mess. It is good to eat too since the skin has the thuvarpu taste.
 Cut into small pieces.
Cut 4 or 5 small onions into small pieces.
Cut green chilies into small pieces.
Take 1 teaspoon full of cumin seeds and pound a bit-just to have the taste and the smell.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon full of virgin coconut oil.
Add a bit of salt powder for taste.
Now just mix it and serve it at once. It tastes so delicious that you will not forget this easy recipe.

The vitamin and iron rich Kuppai keerai reduces the bad cholesterol in the blood.

Dear friends This Kuppai Keerai as its name states can be seen and grown any where in the world.

Those who know the value make full use of it. Others think that it has no value and ignore and loose the effects from it.

Now I will tell you how to cook and eat.

When ever you make any soups you may clean some leaves and just add them to give a greenish colour.
As I had stated earlier since it reduces our bad cholesferol, you may add it in  all your cookings.

 To Prepare A Dish:

Except roots, you can take  the tender stems and leaves. You can slice it to small or you can just cook as it is! Heat up some oil fry some sliced onions and  smashed garlic, leave it to become brown then add the greenery.

Add a bit of salt and tilt the whole content without pouring any water. Close it at once. Leave it  to cook for 5minutes on a small fire.  Then again open the lid and tilt it. Now ready to eat. It will not change colour. Being a fresh green colour reduces our choles
